Strategic Transactions
InterMark also advises entrepreneurs and companies on undertaking strategic transactions such as business sales, purchases, mergers, strategic alliances and financings. Our lawyers work with clients from the earliest stages of a transaction to first create the appropriate deal structure then to ensure the transaction closes on time and on budget.
Corporate Counsel
Our corporate counsel services provide a lawyer to act as in-house general counsel “on demand”. These services are attractive to our clients who have grown to such an extent that they would benefit from the services of in-house legal counsel but do not need a full time lawyer on staff. Our corporate counsel services means that routine and strategic planning matters can be handled in-house for lower cost than outside counsel while the activities of outside counsel for specialized matters are closely coordinated and reviewed. We can either continue to work with your existing legal service providers or introduce you to our network of independent lawyers and law firms.
